After 20 years of leading in senior positions (incorporating HR, leadership development, employee engagement, internal comms, large scale events, public speaking, organisational culture + development, training, coaching, overall People/HR/Organisational strategy, talent attraction, head-hunting, etc.), our founder decided to start her own consultancy in 2017 - with the aim of broadening her reach and the variety of clients she could share her experience with. Over time, this has drawn in other talented ‘people professionals’ with various specialisms who also want to give their time to meaningful work.
Our story
Our experience is primarily corporate, working with small, medium and large businesses across the UK, but also with a considerable amount of working with charities and NGOs. We’ve never wanted to just ‘get paid and go home’ - we want to use our skills and experience to make a positive difference to the lives of those we work with, and to broader society as well; with our ethical, people-oriented approach to business growth.
By combining a wealth of corporate experience as consultants to senior leaders, with the freedom to partner with multiple clients - plus sharing a percentage of our profits and time with charitable causes - we can be good for business, and good for people.
We now have the pleasure of advising and equipping senior leaders on how to grow and develop their teams, business, charities etc. across multiple countries and sectors - from Financial Services in central London to Humanitarian Aid organisations in South East Asia.
