What we do
Initial assessment
One of our organisational culture experts will come and spend time with your people, and informally assess the current culture and work environment.
We’ll then provide you with a confidential report, designed to help you grow (not criticise) and identify the areas you most want to focus on to further cultivate a great culture where people flourish in their work.
Support implementing change
Once you’ve reviewed the culture findings and prioritised what changes you’d like to see, we can provide support to you and your team as you set about implementing changes, acting as an advisor and guide to the process.
Re-evaluation
A change is only successful if it’s sustainable, and has a positive impact. We come back at an agreed interval point to re-assess the culture, give impartial progress feedback, and any further helpful suggestions to keep you moving forward.
